Developed in 2000 & 2001 by Hawkins Edwards, Inc. to accommodate our offices, the property was originally a vacant rock pile in a undesired part of downtown. The buildings won the Mayor's Award for design, originally being designed and constructed to blend into the neighborhood with a historic design. Many clients and customers will not realize that this is a recently constructed building when they enter, instead feeling as if it is a remodeled historic building that already existed. When originally designed, the developer and architects designed the parking lot first as to not overbuild the site with building area. The building has Class A finishes throughout, and is in a vibrant neighborhood between the University District and downtown Spokane's core.
